1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how DDT FZCO ("DDTApps", "we", "us") handles information when you use our website and our products, RTST.ai (Web, iOS, Android) and Decluttr AI (iOS, Android), or when you contact us.
The short version:
- Decluttr AI processes everything on your device. Your photos, videos and contacts are never uploaded, and the app has no login.
- RTST.ai uploads the photos and prompts you choose to process so our AI models can generate your result. That is the service working as intended.
- We never sell your personal data, to anyone, for any reason.
2. Data we collect
RTST.ai
- Account information: such as your email address and display name when you create an account.
- Purchase information: your plan, subscription status and transaction identifiers. Payment card details are handled by our checkout provider or your app store and never touch our servers.
- Content you upload: photos and videos you choose to process, your text prompts, and the results generated for you.
- Usage & diagnostics: feature usage, crash logs and device/platform information that help us keep the service reliable.
Decluttr AI
- No media, ever. All scanning and analysis of your photos, videos and contacts happens 100% on your device. Nothing is uploaded to us or to any third party.
- No account. The app requires no login and collects no name, email or contact details.
- Anonymous attribution only: privacy-preserving, aggregated install/campaign attribution (for example, which ad or store page led to an install). This data cannot identify you or your device content.
Website & support
- Correspondence: when you email us (including via the contact form, which opens your own email client), we receive your name, email address and message.
- No tracking pixels: this website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
3. How we use data
We use the information above only to:
- Provide and operate the products, including processing your uploads into AI-generated results on RTST.ai;
- Manage your subscription, purchases and entitlements;
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account;
- Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms & Conditions;
- Improve reliability and develop new features, using aggregated or de-identified data wherever possible;
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your uploaded photos or generated content to train AI models, and we do not build advertising profiles.
4. On-device processing & Apple technologies
Decluttr AI is engineered around a simple rule: your library never leaves your phone. On iOS, analysis runs entirely through Apple's on-device frameworks (including Vision, Core ML and Foundation Models), using the neural engine inside your device. Equivalent on-device machine-learning frameworks are used on Android.
Because processing is local, there is nothing to intercept, leak or breach on our side: we have no servers that receive your media. Our iOS apps ship with an Apple Privacy Manifest that formally declares these data practices, and our App Store privacy labels reflect them.
RTST.ai, by contrast, is a cloud-powered creative tool: the photos and prompts you submit are transmitted over encrypted connections to the AI infrastructure that generates your result, as described in this policy.
6. Data retention
- RTST.ai uploads: retained only as long as needed to provide the service and your account features; you can request deletion at any time.
- Account data: kept while your account is active, and deleted or anonymised after account closure, subject to legal record-keeping duties.
- Support correspondence: kept for up to 24 months so we can maintain service quality and continuity.
- Decluttr AI: we hold nothing to retain. Your media never reaches us, and attribution data is anonymous.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and similar laws), you have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- Correction: ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Deletion: ask us to delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten");
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;
- Objection & restriction: object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@dharam.net with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we aim to respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Children's privacy
Our products are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us at support@dharam.net and we will delete it promptly.
9. Security
We protect data with encryption in transit (TLS), strict access controls, and a privacy-first architecture that keeps processing on your device wherever possible, as with Decluttr AI. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we design our systems so that the most sensitive data simply never reaches us.
10. International transfers
We are based in Dubai, UAE, and our service providers may process data in other countries. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, where required by applicable law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice on this site or within the products before the change takes effect.
