1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and DDT FZCO ("DDTApps", "we", "us", or "our"), the company behind the DDTApps website and the RTST.ai and Decluttr AI applications (together, the "Products").

By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any of the Products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Subscription Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Products.

If you use the Products on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. About DDTApps & the Products

DDTApps is the official store and home of the software products built by DDT FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its registered address at 101, A2 Building, Dubai Digital Park, Silicon Oasis, Dubai, AE.

Our current Products are:

  • RTST.ai: an AI video & photo studio available on the Web, iOS and Android (rtst.ai). It offers text-to-image, image-to-video, AI headshots and 1000+ templates powered by 30+ AI models.
  • Decluttr AI: an on-device storage cleaner for iOS and Android (decluttrai.com) that finds duplicate photos, blurry shots and oversized videos with 100% on-device processing.

The Products are offered on a paid subscription basis through our secure external checkout and through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, depending on platform.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may use the Products only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Some features, such as RTST.ai on the web, require an account. When you create one, you agree to provide accurate and current information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@dharam.net if you suspect unauthorized use.

Decluttr AI requires no account or login of any kind.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly or yearly, plus one-time "lifetime" options where offered) through our secure external checkout or the app store from which you obtained the Product.

Key points, covered in full in our Subscription Policy:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • The price shown at the point of purchase is authoritative; prices may vary by region, platform and currency.
  • Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; we do not provide refunds for partial periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Products lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of any third party.
  • Upload, generate or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or sexually explicit involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery of any person.
  • Create deepfakes or other synthetic media intended to deceive, defraud, or harm, or misrepresent AI-generated content as an authentic record of real events where doing so could mislead.
  • Upload images, videos, or likenesses of other people without their consent or another valid legal basis.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code or models of the Products, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems, interfere with their operation, or impose unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
  • Resell, rent, or share your account or subscription access with third parties.
  • Use the Products or their outputs to develop or train competing products or machine-learning models.

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of this section, without prejudice to any other rights we may have.

6. Intellectual property

The DDTApps website, the Products, our brands and logos, templates, and the underlying software and technology are owned by DDT FZCO and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Products for their intended purpose while your subscription remains active. This license does not transfer any ownership.

Your content. You retain all rights to the photos, videos and other material you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process and transform that material solely as needed to provide the service you requested.

Generated content. Subject to your plan and these Terms, you may use the content you generate with the Products, including commercially where your plan includes commercial usage rights.

7. AI-generated content disclaimer

RTST.ai creates content using proprietary and third-party artificial-intelligence models. AI output is inherently probabilistic: it may be inaccurate, may resemble output generated for other users, and may occasionally produce unexpected results.

  • You are responsible for the prompts you provide, the material you upload, and how you use the generated output.
  • We do not warrant the accuracy, uniqueness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any generated content. Review and verify output before publishing or relying on it.
  • Where required by law or platform rules, you must disclose that content was AI-generated.
  • We employ safety filters and may block prompts or outputs that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Third-party services & stores

Purchases are processed by external checkout providers and by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your payment transaction is governed by the terms and privacy policies of the provider you purchase through; we do not store your full payment-card details.

The Products also rely on third-party AI models and cloud infrastructure, and our pages link to third-party sites such as rtst.ai and decluttrai.com. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DDT FZCO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Products is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the Products in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always shows the current version. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice on this site or within the Products. Your continued use of the Products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
