1. Overview

This Subscription Policy explains how paid plans work for the products of DDT FZCO ("DDTApps"): RTST.ai and Decluttr AI. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. By purchasing a subscription you agree to the practices described here.

All subscriptions are purchased through our secure external checkout or through the app store for your platform (Apple App Store or Google Play). The provider you purchase through processes your payment and manages the billing lifecycle on our behalf.

2. Plans & pricing

Each product offers its own set of plans, for example weekly, monthly, yearly, and one-time "lifetime" options where available. The current plans and prices are always shown on the product pages:

  • RTST.ai plans: AI video & photo studio (Web, iOS, Android)
  • Decluttr AI plans: on-device storage cleaner (iOS, Android)

Please note:

  • The price shown at the point of purchase is authoritative. Always confirm the final price on the checkout or store screen before you buy.
  • Prices may vary by region, platform and currency, and may be shown inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes depending on your location.
  • We may change prices for future billing periods; changes apply only after notice and never retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

3. Free trials

Where offered, a subscription may begin with a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price shown when you started it.

  • Free trials are offered once per user, account or store profile, as enforced by the checkout provider or app store.
  • If you purchase a subscription while a trial is still running, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited.
  • You can cancel a trial at any time during the trial period and keep access until it expires.

4. Billing & auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly or yearly) using the payment method you provided at purchase.

  • The renewal charge is processed within the 24 hours before the current period ends, so your access continues without interruption.
  • To stop renewal, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Otherwise, the next period is charged in full.
  • Renewal is charged at the then-current price for your plan, as shown by the checkout provider or store.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, through the same channel you used to purchase:

  • External checkout: via the subscription-management link in your purchase confirmation email, or by contacting support@dharam.net.
  • App stores: in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: you keep full access until then, and no further charges are made. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods or unused time within an already-paid period.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the policy of the provider that processed your payment:

  • Apple App Store and Google Play: refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
  • External checkout: email support@dharam.net with your purchase details and we will review your request under the checkout provider's policy.

Nothing in this section limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

7. Plan changes

You can upgrade or downgrade between plans through the checkout provider's portal or your store subscription settings. Any proration, credit, or change of billing date is calculated and applied by that provider under its own rules. For example, stores typically apply upgrades immediately and downgrades at the next renewal.

8. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, the checkout provider or store will usually retry the charge over the following days. During this time:

  • your access may be suspended until payment succeeds;
  • the provider may apply a grace period, after which the subscription is cancelled automatically;
  • updating your payment method in the provider's portal or store settings restores access once the charge completes.
